I recently found a new golf blog, thru a comment left on a post. The commenter happened to be a professional golfer, Megan Heckeroth.
She was kind enough to comment and then respond to my response to her. Kinda what a blogs all about, huh ?
Then she was generous enough to offer to keep us updated during her next 3 weeks of playing in Europe.
Switzerland, France & Holland ! Who’d have thought we would have ever gotten updates like this from a real Travelling Golfer ! She’ll be giving us some tips on where she play, places to eat and sites to see. We’re lucky she’s generous with her time and talent and if you’ve got a golf blog and read this post or any of the one’s to come, you absolutely have to link to these posts and to her blog. It’s the least we can do.
Thanks for being so kind to us Megan, I appreciate it immensely and we’ll try our best to get you all the exposure we can. Maybe there’s a sponsor out there looking for a young golfer to help out.

I went there and found that they have a repost of her post on her blog.
Nothing wrong with that, but hopefully these posts will be strictly for us here at Travelling Golfer.
If not, I’ll still take ‘em.
Maybe she can be a regular ” where to eat, Where to Stay, Where to Play, What to See” editor for us as she travels the world.
I’ll email her and ask and if she want to do it for us, it’s hers to do !

it’s half past midnight here in Lugano. I just woke up as if it’s morning (with the 9-hr jetlag from California).
yes I do post portions of my tournament posts to HOG, but my reporting for Travelling Golfer will strictly be that of a Travelling golfer: Eat-Stay-Play-See; so no duplication or overlap, just original content for the Travelling Golfer-Bloggers!!!
I am going to watch TV now (pick a language: French, Italian or German…ahhh the beauty of a trilingal country for a mono-lingual American like me
maybe the melody of the french+italian will help me fall asleep…
