I received my book but just; I have not started it yet. I ordered both but got mad at the length of time Amazon took to fill the order so I canceled his first one. Now I will have to wait until I am not mad and re-order.
I just ordered a book from Alibris and they mentioned it could be 2 weeks. That’s the price we pay for saving $$$
