Dear Ed,

Don doesn't live here.

He left because they wanted him to talk slower.

He refused.

Case closed.

Thanks Curbman!

I had no problems with Don's stuff and I'm okay that they now have some new meat in there teaching.

I'm know how to separate the wheat from the chaff, which seems to be really hard for some of the technologically challenged souls that end up here talking to Don.

As we say in the South, "Bless their hearts!"

Mike,
Your blog is hilarious! Great Job. I found your site looking for Dan Trahan who no longer works for Peak Performance Swing; he has moved on elsewhere.
In general I agree with your assessment of the swing. I bought the videos after months of reading the blog and watching the free 10 lessons. Because I read the site purchase agreement carefully, I knew I did not have to sign up for the inner circle. I have had zero problems accessing the site which clearly allows you to download the videos and/or burn to a disk.
My banana slice was cured almost immeadiately after watching and implementing the 3/4 swing. The swing is definitely suited for the casual golfer because it is really easy on the back. As you stated, you still have to get out on the range and work at it. At any rate I found it worth every dime.

Hey Ron.

I believe you can make very good, if not perfect, contact without taking a divot.

I also believe it's hard to do, but if you'll try to hit the ball "thin", you'll see what he means.

When you hit the ball a couple of grooves from the bottom, just barely above "thin" you'll be amazed at how good the contact is and how the ball feels and flies.

Hitting down just gives you more room for error.

Try the "thin" drill and holler back!

I was tempted to sign up for Trahan's deal. What's stopping me is him saying to never swing down on the ball. If someone can tell me how you can hit a ball and then take a divot without swinging down on the ball, I will reconsider. Or, if someone can tell me why it would be wrong to take a divot after hitting the ball. Thanks.

Sorry to have to edit your comment Chris, but your comment about my sister, who passed away back in 2001, was more than I could take. It's also a very clear indicator that I would never want to play golf with an asshole like you.

The fact that you have to use an email addy that plays off the accolades of some athlete, rather than your own, is typical of wannabe's who really don't have much of a life, another indication that you probably play alone most days ... probably, you play with yourself in more ways than one.

Here's a tip for you, bright boy, don't get in a war of words with anyone when you're so poorly armed and when the other person is in command of the Delete and Edit Button.

Have a nice life in the land of Buckeye's and I hope Jim Tressel's tight little tie looks straight in his picture on your wall in all of the BCS Bowl Game losses to SEC schools from now until you meet God, who is surely disappointed in having made your sorry ass.

In Ohio we have figured out how to have more than one email address. One for important things.... which does contain my real name. And one for websites that require you enter an email address to leave a comment. This way I can direct all the spam to an account that I really never use and keep internet P.I.s such as yourself from looking up my address and other personal info. With all that football and investigative knowledge you'd think you could figure out that eddie2795 would be Eddie George... who wore 27 and won the heisman in 95. At least I don't root for a team that is so bad that I have to hang my hat on the conference they play in. I notice you didn't name good ole' Kaaaantuuucky on that list. YEEEEEE HAAAAWWWWW! Not that I care... I played golf, not football in college. As far as our match goes, I am ready when you are. If you can pull yourself away from those Hee Haw reruns we can go play Scarlet. You know... one of the finest collegiate courses in the country. Just bring your check book and some Geritol.
