Do These Trion:Z Bracelets Really Work ?

by Mike

Trion-Z Bracelet

Has anybody tried one of these bracelets ?

Did they help your hands in any way ?

I’ve hit millions of golf balls in my life and my hands are starting to give me a little trouble, so I’d like to know if they can provide any relief.

I have worn the Trion:Z bracelet since May 2006 and have had great benefit from it. There is a book “The Ion Effect” by Fred Soyka that covers studies of the effect of ions on the body. There is another book called “The body electric” that covers the physiological explanation of ions and magnetic fields’ effects on the body. Look into it!

Mike Sigers July 5, 2007 at 11:57 pm

Thanks Sam ! I’ll check ‘em out.

Ben Wilson April 3, 2009 at 11:30 am

Now, what does Ions have to do with magents? ions are possitivly charged or negitivly depending on what they are made from and there bonds??? sort it out!!!

Mike Sigers April 3, 2009 at 5:02 pm

Hey Ben,

You spelled 4 of 28 words incorrectly. That’s 14.2% spelled wrong in 2-3 sentences. Your grammar is atrocious is as well and you want us to believe you know anything about magnets, which you can’t even spell ?

Get real. Get back in school or you’ll be asking “Want fries with that?” for the rest of your life.

Gerald Whitworth December 20, 2009 at 5:45 pm

Dear Mike,
Lay off of Ben, he was only trying to provide an simple, albeit flawed, explanation for the ions. As for yourself, maybe the pain in your hands has come from fondling millions of fellow golfer’s ”balls” over the years, you pretentious buffoon.

Sincerely Yours,
Whitworth

Mike Sigers December 21, 2009 at 7:06 pm

Dear Gerald,

No. And I’m not dear.

If I ever run into you, I’ll show you my hands and you can diagnose them up close and personal.

Grant Kim February 10, 2010 at 4:12 pm

Mike,

You’re a jerk, find some happiness in your life.

Mike Sigers February 10, 2010 at 8:45 pm

Thanks for your input Grant.

It makes me happy to be a jerk to morons and idiots.

Thanks for making my dreams come true!

Ben C May 16, 2010 at 2:07 pm

Unlike the rest of you half-wits, I agree with Mike. After my Chemistry course I can tell you, ions can be pos/neg charged – like the magnet. Also ions have become and ion by the transfer/share of electrons. Electrons are negatively charged. Trion:z suggest the skin picks up a positive charge from waves such as UV and Phones etc. Therefore the ions can rub against the negative charge => become negatively charged and therefore prevent the positive charge on the skin (which Trion:z suggest affect concentration and doesn’t help joints). Ben wasn’t particularly friendly with Mike and if anyone takes Mikes reply to Ben to heart, you really deserves a slap. Its a computer comment! How does a comment like that affect your life – really?! Its not hurtful, I’m sure Ben doesn’t care if he misspelt words.
Ben

Mike Sigers May 19, 2010 at 8:12 pm

Thanks for an insightful, mature comment Ben.

Come back soon!

Ben Wilson June 27, 2010 at 3:34 pm

i do care actualy

Dom R July 11, 2010 at 2:14 pm

You spelt actually wrong

Dom R July 11, 2010 at 2:15 pm

Or should that be “incorrectly” instead of wrong?

cojo September 25, 2010 at 10:14 am

You have to be joking. Just keep with the subject matter would you guys.
Who cares about all this other jawing.
Boys. Stop being mean and be nice.

bob jillenhall September 29, 2010 at 5:25 pm

would all of you just shut up it really doesn’t matter.

Mike Sigers September 29, 2010 at 8:48 pm

Then why did you bother to comment Bob?

Are you just one of those people who wants to be like, “Do as I say, not as I do?”

bob jillenhall September 30, 2010 at 9:28 pm

wow, why do you bother commenting on these stupid form things anyway. your just a very rude person

joe blogs October 8, 2010 at 2:39 pm

Hey Mike Sigers, you’re the best golf blogger on the planet!

Thanks for being there for the little insignificant people like me.

Suzie October 13, 2010 at 10:41 am

Mike…you must have a lot of negative ions.

Have a lovely day. You sound like you need one.

Mike Sigers October 13, 2010 at 8:58 pm

Nope. No negative ions here Suzie, just don’t suffer fools well.

Thanks for dropping by.

I love him muchly!

bob jillenhall October 21, 2010 at 6:30 pm

Mike,

You’re the man!

Jim December 12, 2010 at 8:47 pm

Hey Mike, you’re a big ugly jerk and are rude. I happen to know more about molecular physics and chemistry than probably any of you jargon heads so i will let everyone know that ionic charge and magnetic charge have NOTHING to do with each other. They both exist, and they’re both charges but thats about all they have in common. Ions are charged particles, but they are NOT magnetically charged. There is no reason to fight over the issue because neither one matters. This is still under scientific investigation and NO ONE has clear results about the effects. Most likely, the effects are minimal since the results seem to be hit or miss with many test subjects. Now stop being children!

Mike Sigers December 13, 2010 at 8:20 pm

You’re partially right “Jim”. I am big and have been rude in the past and hope to be again in the future, but I’m not ugly.

In fact, I’m just damn handsome!

Thanks for jumping in here and impressing us with your tremendous knowledge of stuff that doesn’t matter. Your words, not mine.

Now everybody will know, forever more, that you, “Jim”, are in fact a Master of Nothing That Matters.

In the immortal words of Dr. Phil, “How’s that workin’ for ya?”

Jim December 13, 2010 at 9:30 pm

Mike,
You are right, the small courses of physics and chemistry don’t really matter that much.

Oh wait, these fields of study are highly valued if you want to understand anything about the physical universe that you’re in, rather than just take up space in it. Maybe you should take you skills of wordplay and type useless questions barely known websites. Then you could mock those trying to help by using sarcasm and your courageous wit. Maybe that will boost your confidence enough to make you not hate yourself for a day.

For those here for actual information, my point was; neither ionic nor magnetic charges have any KNOWN effect on the human body. Therefore, presence or absence of these charges doesn’t matter and those arguing about what they are need not argue. The discussed product is still under scientific investigation and all effects are person by person. Therefore, only the experiences of others would be able to better decide if they work or not.

Now, if you aren’t Mike, you can make informed decisions on the majority opinion, instead of making up your mind while posting the question and then being rude to the only person who provided an actual scientific fact. (Whether it be misspelled and full of grammatical errors or not.)

P.S. Mike, I hope you realize that you dissed the ONLY person that was right. Ben was correct that both ions and magnets have positive and negative charge, but the charges are very different and cannot be compared. The same way you couldn’t subtract 4 apples from 5 bananas. Maybe you should be the one asking about a side of fries.

Mike Sigers December 16, 2010 at 8:33 pm

You really have nothing else to do with your life, do you Jim.

Are you a Professor of Ionology at Rutgers or just a jerk from Jersey?

Find another place to hang out and spew meaningless data.

Thanks for playing, but go ahead and run along now.

Shoo! Git!

Jim December 16, 2010 at 9:04 pm

A typical ad hominem argument from someone with nothing intelligent to say. Using where I might be from is a great tactic by the way. I could never possibly be using a false name and a routed ip address. Oh wait, you probably wouldn’t have any idea about that either, since you are so clearly and obtrusively unintelligent.

Great job with the ionology comment too. You couldn’t even bother to find out the actual field that we’re talking about. A quick google search would have done it, and the spell check should have given away the fact that ionology doesn’t exist.

Mike Sigers December 21, 2010 at 6:59 pm

Thanks for continuing to comment “Jim”.

I appreciate the time and effort it must take for you to come here and spew.

I’m sure it must be taking time away from the talk radio you obviously listen to and spew at when you’re not cruising the ‘new looking for places to comment.

Enjoy the rest of your life. I’m done with you. Sleep well princess ;-)

Sambo January 12, 2011 at 11:18 pm

Mike I think you are hilarious. Jim I think you know what you are talking about (with regards to the science). I hope to hear more from you Jim especially if you here of any breakthroughs in the investigation of these bracelets. I already have one, I just think they look cool and I have my school logo on it. I suggest anyone that get one make sure you like the way it looks just in case it turns out to do nothing hahaha. My mom, not the scientific type has said that the arthritis in her hands has gone away. Also my uncle swears by it, but he is a golf gear junkie. All in all there are two trust worthy people I know that believe there has been positive effects. Keep up the entertaining conversations. And as far as misspelling words, am I the only one here that gets the little red line under misspelled words, not that it matter, but this should be an easy fix. If you don’t get the red line try switching to google chrome. It does it for you

Sambo January 12, 2011 at 11:20 pm

haha I just spotted a grammar flaw in my post. Damn I guess google chrome cannot fix dumb all together. hahaha

Mike Sigers January 13, 2011 at 8:14 pm

Thanks for having a big time with us Sambo!

How’s thangs down there at Clemson?

Mike Sigers January 13, 2011 at 8:16 pm

BTW Sambo … we don’t get all shook up about grammar round here ;-)

Bcap February 28, 2011 at 12:13 pm

Wow! I was trying to research these bracelets and had the same question as mike. Then when people started answering him all he did was being a jerk. I guess some people get their kicks off of being a jerk to helpful people. Don’t get me wrong I love being a jerk when someone is an idiot but not when people are answering my questions for me. Mike do you have a big truck an over compensating for your manhood? Does your man-gina hurt? Are you angry at life or do you just not like helpful people on this site? Anyway thought tho thread was entertaining enough to leave a comment that had absolutely nothing to do with the original topic. Mike you really are the best golf blogger ever. Prolly even the best blogger ever. You my friend are just simply the best EVER!!! Oh and btw you might want to get your man-gina checked. When you got something fungal in your lady jungle… Gynalotrimin!

Gundy March 14, 2011 at 12:12 pm

Is it possible for the bracelet to “work” on the power of suggestion? Obviously we won’t know for sure until its proven one way or the other, but its just a thought.

Chris April 11, 2011 at 7:51 pm

Does anyone else read this post and think to themselves that Mike is trying successfully to be funny. It is pretty embarrassing even if not using chrome to spell that many words wrong and if it bothers you so much when someone comments on it I’m sure you could find a second grade spelling book to practice from. Otherwise let’s not cry over someone pointing out our mistakes.
Thank you Mike for making me laugh today.

Mike Sigers April 16, 2011 at 10:35 am

Thaks fre drapping bye Kris. You mad me day.
